These terms describe the present free website and complimentary pilot. They are not paid-membership purchase terms.
Silver Signal is operated by Kindaya ABA LLC. These terms apply when a person reads the public site, uses a browser worksheet, signs in, accesses complimentary pilot material, or uses a device-local utility.
Use the site only for lawful learning, research, and community participation. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, test another person's account, or submit material that you do not have permission to use.
Silver Signal provides educational and organizational information. It does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, safety, cybersecurity, or emergency advice. Check important decisions with a qualified person and the applicable primary sources.
Curriculum articles may link to third-party sources. A link is supplied for reference and does not make the linked service part of Silver Signal. Third-party content and services apply their own terms.
A founding invitation is not a subscription, purchase, credit, or agreement to future billing. No automatic paid conversion is active.
Signal Desk working data and curriculum progress are stored in the browser on the device. They are not synchronized or backed up by Silver Signal. Sign-out does not clear them. A person using a shared device is responsible for using the clear controls or a separate browser profile.
Signal Desk does not currently call an AI provider. If a person copies or exports a package to another service, that person chooses the service and the other service applies its own terms and data practices. See the AI and data notice.
Silver Signal Guide is a separate member feature. When its provider is enabled, each request requires a visible authorization and sends the displayed harness, question, and stated recent conversation context to QwenCloud. Model output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. Do not use Guide for an emergency or as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or security judgment.
Community Memory is a protected member feature and its posting controls are currently disabled. If enabled, comments display only in the recent 30-day window. A reviewed weekly edition may preserve a distinct idea or change for longer. Posting does not promise selection, agreement, contribution credit, notification, or publication.
Do not post private personal information, harassment, spam, unsafe instructions, or material you lack permission to share. Members may withdraw their own comments and use private report, block, credit visibility, and feature-specific deletion-request controls when those operations are enabled.
Paid enrollment is disabled. No payment is due for use of the current public site or a valid complimentary founding invitation.
Before paid enrollment opens, the checkout page must show the exact price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation timing, and refund rules. Stripe terms apply only after Stripe billing is enabled and a person chooses to use Stripe-hosted checkout or billing management. Review the current refund and cancellation status.
Family invitations, consent, check-ins, and information sharing are not active. The Family Dashboard describes three independent adult accounts—two full seats and one restricted Adult Companion seat. It is not an active monitoring service, and payment authority does not grant access to another adult's private activity.
Emergency limit: Silver Signal is not health, location, or emergency monitoring. A missed check-in is not evidence of danger. Silver Signal cannot detect or respond to emergencies and does not contact emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Current beta and pilot functions may change, be corrected, or become unavailable. Written status labels identify functions that are samples, local, pending, or disabled. Do not rely on a pending function until the interface reports that it is available and an end-to-end test has been completed.
A monitored support address has not been published. Do not send an authentication code, password, payment number, or identity document to an unverified address.
