The Silver Signal app support

Tap Home in the bar at the bottom of the app. Tap Back to return to the previous page. If a page does not appear correctly, tap Reload; your device-local progress should remain in place.

Tap Text in the bottom bar to switch between regular and larger app text. The app also responds to platform accessibility settings such as larger system text, VoiceOver or TalkBack, reduced motion, and keyboard navigation.

The built-in learning and practice library works offline. Outside links wait until the device reconnects. If an outside page is unavailable, return with the app switcher and continue using the bundled content.

Open Tools & Settings from Home Base. Under the device Extras section, choose a time and tap Set Daily Safety Reminder. Use Turn Reminder Off to cancel it. You can also change notification access in device Settings.

Preferences, checkmarks, practice results, grocery-list items, and optional reminder choices remain on the device. The current app does not synchronize them between devices. Deleting the app or clearing its website data may erase them.

• the phone or tablet model and operating-system version;
• the name of the page where the problem occurred; and
• a plain description of what happened.

Read the public app privacy policy. Version 1.0 has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, payment, subscription, or remote learning-data service.

The Silver Signal is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat or suspected fraud, stop interacting with the message and contact the relevant institution through a trusted number you find independently.
