Refund and cancellation status

• Public pages and browser worksheets require no payment.
• The founding cohort is complimentary and does not request a card.
• A founding invitation does not create a subscription.
• No automatic conversion from the founding cohort to a paid plan is active.
• Family paid enrollment and fulfillment are not active.

Before checkout is enabled, Silver Signal must replace this status page with final purchase terms that state:

• the exact price and billing interval;
• whether and when a subscription renews;
• how to cancel and when access ends;
• which purchases are eligible for a refund and how to request one;
• how failed, duplicate, disputed, or refunded payments affect access; and
• the response procedure for billing errors.

Stripe terms apply only when Stripe billing is enabled and a person chooses to open Stripe-hosted checkout or billing management. Stripe processing terms do not replace Silver Signal's published purchase and refund terms.

The current Learn Silver Signal site is not authorized to collect a membership payment. If a statement shows an unfamiliar charge, do not send a complete card number or authentication code. Verify the exact statement descriptor and contact the card issuer using the number on the card or statement.
