Operator and scope

Silver Signal is operated by Kindaya ABA LLC. This notice covers the Silver Signal website, its member account pages, browser worksheets, curriculum, and Signal Desk utility.

Links may open an independent website. That website applies its own privacy notice after it opens.

Public pages and browser worksheets

Public pages may be read without an account. The four worksheets on the Tools page keep answers in the open browser page while it is in use. The current worksheets do not submit those answers to Silver Signal servers and do not save them in browser storage.

Website hosting and security systems may process ordinary request data, including the requested page, time, Internet Protocol address, and browser information. The current product does not use worksheet, Signal Desk, or curriculum-progress entries for advertising.

Device-local information

Signal Desk
Editable profile, request, context, format, guardrails, and working package data are stored in the browser's localStorage. They are not sent to an AI provider, synchronized, or backed up by Silver Signal.
Curriculum progress
Topic and path-completion progress is stored in localStorage for the signed-in account on that browser and device. It is not synchronized to the account service.
Community Starter Plan
Plan text and its ready mark are stored in localStorage on that browser and device. They are not submitted, published, synchronized, or backed up by Silver Signal. Use Clear local plan to remove the saved draft from that browser.
iPhone Field Desk
Worksheet text, a selected screenshot, and any temporary recording remain in the open page and are not sent to Silver Signal. Closing or reloading the page clears those temporary items. The six device- housekeeping checkbox choices are stored in localStorage so they can remain after the page closes; uncheck all six choices or clear this site's browser data to remove those saved selections.
Private Build Recorder
Build text and one selected image or video remain only in the open browser tab. They are not uploaded or saved in browser storage. Select Clear local draft, close the tab, or reload the page to remove the draft and local preview.

Device-local information can remain after sign-out. Other people who use the same browser profile may be able to view it. Use each product's clear control or clear the site's browser data to remove it. See Account and data controls for the exact procedure.

If a person chooses Copy, Download, Share, Print, or a calendar export, the resulting copy moves to a destination that person controls. Silver Signal does not choose the recipient and cannot remove copies from a clipboard, file, printer, calendar, message, or another service.

Silver Signal Guide

When enabled for an entitled account, Guide sends only the harness, question, and up to six recent messages visible in the current page after the member checks the per-request authorization box. QwenCloud processes that text to produce the answer. Guide is not permitted to read contacts, location, health data, another adult's family activity, other apps, or the rest of the device.

Silver Signal is designed not to store Guide prompt or answer text. The usage ledger stores the account identifier, request identifier, processing level, model, token counts, outcome, and time for allowance, reliability, and abuse controls. The visible conversation remains in the current browser page and is cleared when the page session ends or the member selects Clear.

QwenCloud's published Chat Completions policy says API input and output are not persistently stored or used for model training. It may log operational metadata such as request identifiers, timestamps, and token counts. That provider metadata is separate from Silver Signal's usage ledger and account-deletion controls.

Account and pilot records

Sign-in uses email code, Google, or Apple through the configured account service. Cookies are used to complete sign-in and maintain an account session. Silver Signal may receive an account identifier, verified email address, and provider-supplied account name.

If a person joins the complimentary founding pilot, the service may store the invitation status, onboarding checklist, learning goal, and feedback that person submits. Membership entitlements and billing references are server records when those systems are active. A final server-record retention schedule has not been published; paid enrollment remains disabled while deletion and retention procedures are being verified.

If Community Memory is enabled, its server records may include a board reference, plain-text comments and replies, withdrawal state, private reports, account blocks, weekly idea editions, contribution credits, and deletion requests. Recent comments are displayed only within the 30-day discussion window. A published weekly edition is a separate, longer-lived record of reviewed ideas and changes; it is not a live consensus score. Community Memory writes are disabled until the hosted data, moderation, publishing, and deletion procedures are verified.

Billing and Stripe

Paid enrollment is disabled in the current deployment. Silver Signal cannot collect a payment through the membership page, and the founding pilot does not request a payment card.

If billing is enabled later, checkout and billing management are intended to use Stripe-hosted pages provided for Kindaya ABA LLC. Silver Signal is not intended to receive or display the complete card number. Stripe's terms and privacy notice apply only when Stripe billing is enabled and a person chooses to open a Stripe service.

Family features and safety limit

Family membership data features are not active. The current Family Dashboard is a sample and cannot send an invitation, record consent, save a check-in, or share learning information.

If these functions are activated later, sharing must remain off by default and controlled by the learner. Payment alone must not grant access to another adult's private information.

Emergency limit: Silver Signal is not health, location, or emergency monitoring. A missed check-in is not evidence of danger. Silver Signal cannot detect or respond to emergencies and does not contact emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.

Questions and data requests

The current self-service controls can clear Signal Desk data, curriculum progress, Field Desk housekeeping choices, and an open Build Recorder draft on the device. Closing or reloading clears the other tab-only Field Desk and Build Recorder work. Self-service export or deletion of server account records is not yet available. Request instructions are listed on the Account and data controls page.

SUPPORT SETUP PENDING

A monitored support address has not been published. Do not send an authentication code, password, payment number, or identity document to an unverified address.
