Current service status
Sign-in checks
- Confirm that the address is the one used for the invitation or account.
- Request one new email code and use only the most recent message.
- Enter the code in the same browser that requested it before it expires.
- If a Google or Apple option is shown, complete the provider window and return to Silver Signal.
- If the page says account setup is incomplete, stop; the service is unavailable and repeated attempts will not activate it.
Missing local work
Signal Desk data and curriculum progress are saved only in the browser and device where they were entered. They are not synchronized or backed up by Silver Signal. Check the original browser profile and device. Do not clear browser data until any needed Signal Desk package has been copied or downloaded.
See Account and data controls for clearing instructions.
Information to include in a report
- page name or address;
- the task attempted;
- the exact written status or error;
- date and approximate time with time zone;
- device type and browser; and
- whether the problem repeats after opening a fresh page.
Describe private information instead of attaching it. For example, write “the invitation email arrived” rather than forwarding the invitation code.
Requests the support desk can route
- Sign-in or invitation
- Account entry, expired links, wrong-email invitations, or access that does not match the written offer.
- Learning access
- Curriculum entitlement, unavailable pilot controls, or difficulty returning to a learning path.
- Privacy or account data
- Export, correction, deletion, consent, or questions about what is stored.
- Wrong or unsafe guidance
- A published page or lesson that may need a visible material correction.
- Billing
- No payment is accepted during the founding pilot. Any unexpected payment claim should be treated as a security concern.
- Security incident
- Suspected account takeover, exposed codes, or accidental disclosure receives immediate internal escalation.
Wrong or unsafe guidance
If published guidance may be materially wrong or unsafe, stop relying on or reusing it where practical. Use the verified support address shown on this page and include the page or lesson name, the concerning statement, and enough non-sensitive detail to locate it. Never include a password, sign-in code, private account record, or unnecessary personal information.
A material safety concern will be reviewed against an appropriate current official source. When published guidance requires a material correction, Silver Signal will pause its reuse where practical and post a visible, dated correction where people may rely on the original—not hide the change in a silent edit.
No verified public reporting address is active. Do not send a report to an unverified alias; the reporting route remains on hold until the monitored address is published.
Emergency and professional-support limit
Silver Signal support does not monitor health or location, determine whether a person is safe, respond to emergencies, or contact emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Curriculum, community, Signal Desk, and support information do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or cybersecurity advice.
